New Gun Laws? It's Not The Answer

Last year, the city hit 506 homicides, and this year, killings again are stacking up at a rate faster than one a day.

Do you remember the philosophy of the now mayor of Chicago Rahm Emanuel? He believes that you never let a tragedy go to waste. Translation? Take advantage of a bad situation and use it to further your own agenda.

With gun violence occuring it seems more and more, some people believe that the answer is to create new gun laws despite the laws we already have in place. Do you really believe that more gun laws are the answer, that somehow that will stop the violence? I don't think so.

Making it harder for rational and responsible citizens to own a gun only affects their ability to protect themselves. Do you really think criminals will follow new gun laws when they didn't follow ones already in place?
